Alfa Tecnologia
Multilingual site with a digital solutions catalogue and online service-order intake.

The business
Alfa Tecnologia is a technology company in Praia de Pipa, Tibau do Sul (RN, Brazil) — more than five years of on-site technical support for homes and businesses along the coast, now also building software for them.
The problem
The repair side ran on WhatsApp and word of mouth, and the newer software side had nowhere to live. Pipa is a tourist town: visitors and seasonal residents search in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and none of them had a single page that explained either half of the business. Every service request started as a manual conversation.
What I did
A trilingual site (PT/ES/EN) with two distinct tracks. The established support service keeps its own path, and a digital solutions catalogue — websites, dashboards, AI agents, automations — presents the software side as concrete, scoped ideas with an indicative timeline on each, rather than abstract 'digital solutions'. Service orders are opened through a form on the site instead of a chat thread, so the details arrive before the first call.
The result
One address covering both halves of the business in three languages, a catalogue the team walks prospects through, and service requests that arrive scoped instead of as an open-ended message.
