Coady Shipping (CSC Shipping Co.) is an independent customs clearance agency in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11, with 25 years brokering imports and exports through Irish ports and airports for businesses and private importers.
The problem
No dedicated site. Enquiries came via a Gmail address and the phone. Prospects Googling 'customs clearance Dublin' were bouncing to competitors with clearer service pages, credentials and a way to request a quote in one click.
What I did
Single-page institutional site with distinct sections (About, Services, Process, Contact), a compliance-first tone, and a quote-request form that composes the enquiry message for the client automatically. Local SEO on 'customs clearance agents Dublin' and the Google Business Profile cleaned up in parallel.
The result
Quote requests roughly 3× versus the previous three months. First-time visitors land on a page that answers 'do you handle my type of clearance' in under 5 seconds and can send a scoped enquiry without typing a word.
